The prices quoted are, unless otherwise stated, per room and night in Euro including breakfast, VAT (7% on lodging and 19% on breakfast) and service charge.
Should the VAT change or other new charges be introduced, prices will change accordingly.
All hotel extras are to be settled directly in the hotel. Upon check-in at the hotel, a credit card or cash deposit must be provided as a guarantee for the extras.
With reservation 100% of the invoice amount is due.
Payments can be done by credit card only. The payment transaction fee of 3% is charged on top of the total sum of the room rates. This fee is non-refundable in case of a cancellation.
As soon as we receive the booking, we will send you an invoice (= order confirmation) via email.

Fees for cancellations, transfers and other changes
The cancellation policy of each hotel can be found in the description of the hotel.
Regardless of the cancellation fees of the hotels, a lump-sum cancellation fee of € 25,00 per cancelled room will be charged by Team Seefried GmbH & Co. KG.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card which was used for the payment.
Reservation changes (for example name changes) will be charged by Team Seefried GmbH & Co. KG with € 15,00 per room per change.
If the billing address is subsequently changed or subsequently split into several billing documents, Team Seefried GmbH & Co. KG will charge a processing fee of € 20,00 per document per transaction.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation expenses insurance.
